How have we enabled the CEO of a large firm to significantly improve their chances of winning a MEGA $US 4 Billion bid?

A month before the bid’s closing date, the CEO has been notified that if they join together with a business partner from abroad, with very specific skills, who already executed projects with specific scales for the defense forces in certain countries, then it’ll significantly increase their chances of winning the contract.

In our business research project, we’ve been requested to urgently identify potential partners who comply with the specific requested criteria.

In two weeks of extensive research we’ve identified 10 “candidates”, after filtering process, we’ve been left with two perfect “finalists” – two, very large companies.
